Onboarding
1. Discovery Call
Before any work takes place, we want to learn all about you! During this call, we will learn all about your project, your goals, and define what a successful branding project looks like to you.
2. Proposal
After getting a clear sense of the scope of your project, we will send over a project proposal covering everything we spoke about, detailing the scope of work, pricing, and project timeline.
3. Signed and sealed
Once you’ve approved the proposal, we’re off to the races! We will send over a kick-off questionnaire, service agreement, and invoice for your first payment. We usually require a 50% deposit before we get started.
Design Process
WORKSHOP & RESEARCH
A personal workshop that gives us insights to your brand’s story, values and unique positioning so we can build a solid strategy backed design system.
CREATIVE DIRECTION
We develop a custom brand strategy that clearly defines your brands voice and personality, identifies competitors, and compares potential design directions.
CLARITY DISCUSSION
We will have one more call to make sure our findings and visual direction are still aligned with your vision before committing to any specific designs.
DESIGN AND DEVELOP
With our information and knowledge, we begin building your unique branding, complete with all the visual elements we need to create a kick-ass brand.
REFINE AND REVISE
After we’ve presented your brand identity, you will have the chance to request revisions and amendments to make sure we have everything 100% perfect!
LAUNCH AND ROLLOUT
We develop brand guidelines, package final deliverables, and help in launch your new branding across every touch point in your business.
