How does unlimited design work?
We get together on an initial workshop call to discuss to craft a custom roadmap to give us clear direction on what kinds of work need to be done so that there’s always something to be done. After we’ve completed that roadmap, we build another one.
Requests will be completed one at a time.
What kind of stuff can I request?
Pretty much anything visual. Branding, web graphics, social content, packaging, merch, pitch decks, email design, you name it. If it's not listed, ask us—if it’s design-related, we probably do it.What’s the turnaround time?
Most small requests take 24–72 hours, depending on complexity. Bigger projects (like branding or web design) will take longer, but we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.How do I send in my requests?
We keep it simple. You'll get access to your own portal where you can make requests whenever you need them.Can I make revisions?
You can make as many revisions as you would like. We strive to get our designs right and ready the first time to keep revisions to a minimum. -
Do you use freelancers?
Everything design and strategy related is completed in house here at Bigelow Design Co. Some services such as photography and video will be done by our trusted local partners.How are you different from other design subscriptions?

It’s a 3-month subscription minimum, billed monthly. If you cancel early, there’s a 30% fee on the remaining months.Can I pause my plan?
After the three month commitment, you may pause your subscription for 30 days every 6 months.Do I get to talk to a real human?
Absolutely. Each month, we do regular Zoom calls to brainstorm, align, and vibe.
